What is Life Consulting?

Life consulting is a collaborative approach between client and consultant in which we explore emotional experiences from the past and present. The primary purpose is to facilitate personal growth, healing, and connection to self.

What's the process look like?

During sessions, we explore your personal beliefs and learn how your nervous system is patterned. This exploration is done from a place of curiosity and compassion, not skepticism and judgement. Together, we build a foundation of co-regulation and establish safety.

As sessions progress, I’ll weave in teaching, and share helpful tools you can practice and integrate. Everyone’s process will vary, but the purpose of every session is to support you in repairing and nurturing the relationship you have with yourself. This in itself is significant, yet it also has far reaching impacts on how you relate to others and your faith journey.

My training is with Stumvoll Consulting (2021-2024). Within the Stumvoll Life Consulting Masterclass, students engage their own emotional health journey, receive in-depth teachings, and are immersed in practical activations to prepare for leading solo life consulting sessions.

I currently only meet via zoom video calling.

Sessions can be anywhere from once a week to once a month. I recommend meeting every week or every other week.

This increases mutual trust and you will begin to see personal transformation much faster in your life. It takes time to retrain your brain and nervous system. Putting in the reps to do this is well worth it!

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

You may cancel a meeting 24 hours or more in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours in advance (that are not emergencies) require payment of the full session as a cancellation fee.
